Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for operating the grill and fryer at a Japanese restaurant and food, ensuring food cooking quality is stable and meets the standard
- Prepare ingredients, semi-finished products and condiments according to order requirements, and complete dish preparation in accordance with the serving rhythm
- Assist the chef with daily preparation work, including cutting vegetables, marinating, seasoning, etc. basic processing procedures
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work station, and follow the standard operating procedures for pre- and post-shift cleaning tasks
- Follow the kitchen shift schedule, arrive on time and actively participate in team collaboration, and improve overall operating efficiency
