Job Responsibilities
Responsible for daily company recruitment, interview scheduling, onboarding and resignation processing.
Coordinate and process employee work visa, MPF, labor insurance, and supplementary welfare plan application matters.
System management of human resources files and documents, completing regular data updates and audit support for labor offices, tax bureaus, and MPF institutions according to regulatory requirements.
Develop and revise personnel management systems, supervise their implementation and optimization; assist in the implementation of performance management, and coordinate employee training.
Complete other personnel-related tasks assigned by the management layer, and support the implementation of the company's human resources strategy.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, human resources related major is preferred.
2 years of local Hong Kong personnel work experience, familiar with Hong Kong labor laws and visa policies, and with recruitment and employee relations handling skills.
Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, with basic English communication skills.
Hong Kong permanent residents (holders of Hong Kong permanent resident identity cards).
