CS (HK)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Promptly view and reply to player feedback, understand player demands, soothe player emotions and solve player problems;
2. Regularly sort through user feedback, conduct surveys and player relationship maintenance, and propose effective product optimization suggestions from the user and product perspectives, while following up on solutions;
3. Familiar with customer service processes and related tools (knowledge base, AI, etc.), efficiently search and provide solutions;
4. Other work assigned by the department.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, able to use English as a working language;
2. Strong sense of responsibility, strong execution ability, excellent multi-department communication and collaboration ability, and fast project progress;
3. Have basic data processing and document writing skills;
4. Accept shift work, with 2 days off per week; weekends and statutory holidays may require work.
Accept fresh graduates with no relevant experience, priority will be given to permanent residency
