1. Responsible for the overall planning and business management of Hong Kong Web3 business, formulate business development strategies and push them to the ground;
2. Lead Web3 infrastructure application development and market expansion, while managing other Web3 businesses and investments;
3. Build and manage a global remote collaboration team, coordinate internal and external resources, and ensure business efficiency;
4. Monitor industry dynamics and policy regulations, ensure business compliance.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, computer science or related background;
2. Proficient in internet technology architecture, in-depth understanding of Web3 core technologies (blockchain, smart contracts, etc.);
3. Have more than 3 years of Web3 infrastructure-type business management experience, with successful project cases;
4. Have excellent business decision-making ability, team management ability, market insight ability and resource integration ability;
5. Able to live and work long-term in Hong Kong, adapt to the local work environment, and travel globally.
