Responsibilities

Conceptualize, design, and develop a range of products in line with brand aesthetic and market trends.
Create detailed technical sketches, specifications, and design presentations for production.
Collaborate closely with the product development team to ensure designs are translated into commercially viable products.
Identify and evaluate new fabrications, trims, and techniques to enhance product quality and innovation.
Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends, market research, and consumer preferences.
Provide guidance and direction to design team members.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in design, with a focus on Woven, Cut & Sew Knits, and/or Sweaters.
Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and design skills.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative, Suite, Illustrator, PLM, etc.
Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and trims.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Knowledge of current fashion trends and market dynamics in the Woven, Cut & Sew Knits, and/or Sweater Segment.
Fluent in English and Mandarin communications is required.
