About us

We are a Hong Kong-based enterprise communication solution provider with global telecommunications resources and self-developed SaaS platforms. With strategic partnerships with over 160 telecommunications operators worldwide, we provide end-to-end CPaaS (voice, SMS, virtual numbers) to intelligent customer service platform (CINNOX) solutions to help customers connect global employees and customers, and enhance performance and experience.

Job Description

1. Upstream partner expansion

  • Integrate with system integrators, independent software developers and consulting companies, and promote CPaaS capabilities and all-channel SaaS platforms through API embedding in their solutions

  • Establish technical cooperation with call center system providers and CRM vendors to integrate communication capabilities into their product matrix

2. Downstream terminal enterprise expansion

  • Develop terminal enterprise customers in cross-border e-commerce, financial technology, travel and transportation, and call center outsourcing, providing a one-stop solution from global connection resources to intelligent customer service platform

  • Help customers establish local trust using overseas virtual numbers, and combine a full-channel customer service platform to enhance customer experience and operating efficiency

3. Ecological cooperation landing

  • Design joint solutions, empower partners with product capabilities through technical integration and channel authorization, etc.

  • Maintain partnership and assist in completing sales and delivery to end customers

4. Market insight and feedback

  • Collect upstream and downstream market demand for communication and customer experience solutions, and feed back to products and market strategies

Job Requirements

  • Industry experience: More than 3 years of B2B solution sales or business expansion experience, familiar with SaaS, cloud communications, call center or enterprise service software market

  • Ecosystem thinking: Have experience in successfully building channel partners or ecological alliances, and good at finding cooperative entry points in complex relationships

  • Resource integration ability: able to package telecommunications resources and software capabilities into targeted industry solutions

  • Self-motivation and sharpness: excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as business acumen, can help you seize opportunities in a rapidly changing market

  • Language skills: Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English, able to adapt to an international work environment
