Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

Provide clerical and administrative support related to port agency services
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients and team members
Prepare & update shipment report documents

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in shipping, logistics, or a related field
Fresh graduates or applicants with less experience are also welcomed
Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Immediate availability or short notice is advantageous
