Human Resources Officer

Corporate Governance located at Central:

• Support the full recruitment cycle, including but not limited to job posting, interview and assessment, offer negotiation and onboarding arrangement

• Liaise with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders in the administration of recruitment activities, and handle relevant staff enquiries

• Perform other HR-related projects or ad-hoc assignments as required

• University degree

• At least one year of relevant experience in the human resources management, with knowledge of labour-related ordinances

• Highly conversant with Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint; knowledge of PeopleSoft HR system preferable

• Good analytical, communication, interpersonal and organisational skills

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Job Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive support for the entire recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling and coordinating interviews and evaluations, employment negotiations and onboarding arrangements, etc.

• Communicate closely with departmental recruitment managers and relevant stakeholders, coordinate the execution of recruitment administrative affairs, and ensure efficient and compliant processes

• Handling employee inquiries about recruitment policies, procedures, and onboarding, providing professional and timely support

• Participate in human resources-related projects and temporary assignments, and co-ordinate to promote company governance and HR operations optimization

Work requirements:

• University degree, majoring in human resources management, business administration or related sciences

• At least one year of human resources management work experience, familiar with Hong Kong labor laws and employment regulations

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with PeopleSoft HR system usage experience preferred

• Have excellent analytical skills, communication skills, interpersonal interaction skills, and organizational and coordination skills

• Fluent in Chinese and English writing and speaking, able to communicate and process documents in Cantonese, Mandarin and English on a daily basis

• Must meet the qualifications for legal work in Hong Kong and accept the following categories of identity: Hong Kong permanent residents, high-end talent pass (High Talent Pass), outstanding talent entry plan (Outstanding Talent Pass), non-local graduate retention / return employment arrangement (IANG), dependent entry visa, or other valid work permit

• Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, and you need to physically go to our office in Central Hong Kong
