Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement annual production plans and budgets, achieve production targets and control costs
Supervise the implementation of the product quality management system, ensure that all products comply with national and international relevant laws and regulations
Coordinate R&D, procurement, logistics and other cross-functional collaborations to drive new products smoothly into production
Continuous optimization of production processes and equipment management, improving automation levels and production efficiency

Work requirements

Have a university degree or above, biological engineering, food science, pharmacy or related professional is preferred
Having more than five years of production management experience in the health supplement or healthy food industry, with a general manager or high-level management position experience
Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, able to communicate fluently in written and oral form
Familiar with GMP, HACCP, ISO, etc. production quality management system, with practical experience in responding to audits and certifications
Good health and well-being, able to withstand higher work pressure, and able to adapt to occasional business trips and shift supervision
