F & B Operations Manager

· Reporting to the senior management

· Running of large and high-quality restaurant operations

· Devise new approaches for increasing food and beverage business and revenues.

· Recruit, train and develop staff across all departments

· Plan, organizes, prioritize and assigns business activities effectively

· Ensures all company/brand standards and safety guidelines are met

· Maintain a high level of service and discipline within food and beverage department.

· Resolves routine questions and problems and refers more complex issues to higher levels

· Collaborate on local marketing strategies and promotions.

Job Requirements

· Degree holder in any discipline.

· At least 8 years’ relevant experience in F&B or catering industry, of which at least 3 years in senior management position;

· Hands-on experience in managing multi-restaurant operations and multiple dining concepts ranging from quick service, fine dining to volume catering;

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

· Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
