Process Improvement Analyst (Forwarding Business)

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and communicate project management guidelines and processes.

• Monitor KPIs for the international freight forwarding business and prepare scheduled performance reports.

• Report project and taskprogress updates with stakeholders.

• Review project progress, identify delays or risks, and recommend corrective actions.

• Prepare agendas, materials, and documentation for regular progress review meetings.

• Organize and facilitate workshops and training sessions to improve process understanding and execution.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

• At least 2 years relevant working experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistic industry.

• Knowledge about project management and process improvement.

• Excellent Communication skills in English and Cantonese.
