Project Assistant

<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct in-depth research and support the company's customer project management in Hong Kong, and if necessary, also assist in handling relevant projects in the Chinese mainland.</li><li>Participate in internal and customer meetings, propose ideas, and assist in writing and developing project proposal.</li><li>Responsible for preparing, perfecting, and presenting project proposals to customers, ensuring clear communication, persuasive power, and professionalism.</li><li>Assist in coordinating project-related work and handling assigned temporary tasks.</li><li>Applicants with strong interest in creativity, market promotion, and photography will be given priority. </li></ul><p><strong>Position requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant discipline.</li><li>Have at least two years of marketing promotion, advertising or media work experience; those who have worked in advertising or public relations companies are preferred.</li><li>Have good communication and interpersonal skills, be confident and effective in presentations and customer interactions.</li><li>Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, and be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.</li><li>Familiar with the use of artificial intelligence tools for copywriting, proposal production and visual content creation, to enhance efficiency and creative expression.</li></ul>
