Project Assistant

Job Description

• Conduct in-depth research and support the company's customer project management in Hong Kong, and if necessary, also assist in handling relevant projects in the Chinese mainland.
• Participate in internal and customer meetings, propose ideas, and assist in writing and developing project proposal.
• Responsible for preparing, perfecting, and presenting project proposals to customers, ensuring clear communication, persuasive power, and professionalism.
• Assist in coordinating project-related work and handling assigned temporary tasks.
• Applicants with strong interest in creativity, market promotion, and photography will be given priority.

Position requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant discipline.
• Have at least two years of marketing promotion, advertising or media work experience; those who have worked in advertising or public relations companies are preferred.
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills, be confident and effective in presentations and customer interactions.
• Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, and be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
• Familiar with the use of artificial intelligence tools for copywriting, proposal production and visual content creation, to enhance efficiency and creative expression.
