A. Main responsibilities:

2. Assist in completing the responsibilities of guiding and practicing coffee apprentices, accelerate the learning progress of coffee operation skills and knowledge of apprentice partners as a whole;
3. Strictly follow the operating standards and complete the work tasks and business objectives of the assigned shift, including but not limited to opening the store, closing the store, daily coffee and beverage preparation, customer service, product and membership recommendations, cash register and other services;
4. Actively maintain the store's sales area (outer area, inner area, bar, warehouse, etc.) clean and tidy;
5. Assist the store manager in completing other in-store operations
Second Skill Requirements:
1. Fluent Cantonese communication; Basic Mandarin; Simple English exchange is preferred; Suitable for Hong Kong's diverse customer groups
2. Love coffee and the service industry, able to independently operate coffee machine equipment and coffee latte output;
3. Be polite to others, behave decently, and have a neat and tidy appearance;
4. Have good oral expression and interpersonal communication skills, strong team spirit;
5. Have at least one year of coffee/tea/hospitality work experience.

Salary: base salary + 0-10% quarterly bonuses
