Job Description

Provide professional Hong Kong immigration and study identity planning consultation services, tailor-made suitable application plans according to customers’ individual situations
Organize and process relevant application materials and documents to ensure that they are complete and meet official requirements
Follow up on customer application process and progress, and promptly report the latest situation to the customer and make corresponding arrangements
Answer customer inquiries about immigration and further study, providing clear and accurate information and advice
Maintain good communication with relevant agencies, coordinate and handle various problems during the application process

Have good Mandarin communication skills, be able to effectively communicate with customers; those with excellent English or Cantonese abilities are even better
Careful and serious, strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to independently process and solve problems
Passionate about immigration and education industries, able to actively face work challenges and pressure
Have good execution and time management skills, be able to complete tasks within the specified time frame
Team player, willing to work with colleagues to push forward the project
Need to have Hong Kong identity
