Job Description

Main responsibilities:

· Comprehensive monitoring of regional inventory structure to ensure effective inventory management, guiding the team to conduct product data analysis based on regional market characteristics and coordinating sales with the product department

· Guide and train store managers and employees, enhance team professional ability and service quality

· Motivate the team, create a high-performance, high-execution team culture

· Regular store visits to promptly identify and resolve operational issues

· Collect market and competitive product information to support headquarters strategy optimization

· Maintain customer relationships, enhance brand regional influence and reputation

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree or above, with a minimum of 5 years of retail industry management experience

· Have excellent team management, communication and coordination, and data analysis skills

· Able to adapt to high-frequency store inspections and cross-regional work arrangements

· Proficient in office software, with good reporting skills

· Understand Mandarin, Cantonese, and a little English
