Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for different aspects of human resources, including recruitment process, handling salary calculations, HRIS data maintenance, leave management, general administrative work, etc.

  • Assist with temporary work assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • Second 5 or above; those who have completed human resources-related subjects will be given priority

  • Applicants with 1 to 2 years of human resources-related work experience are preferred

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with good telephone etiquette

  • Positive thinking, with a team spirit

  • Have basic Chinese and English writing and speaking skills

  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Prioritization for immediate employment

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday (09:00-18:00)

  • Working location: Kowloon Bay

  • Contract period: 3 months
