Job Description

Branch supervisor

Job Responsibilities

Full responsibility for daily operations management of the branch, including manpower allocation, shift scheduling, inventory control, and sales target achievement;
Supervise service quality and customer experience, handle customer complaints and emergencies in real time, and maintain brand service standards;
Lead and train front-line employees, promote team collaboration and professional growth, and conduct regular performance evaluations and development feedback;
Execute the company's market promotion activities and sales promotion plans, analyze sales data and propose improvement suggestions;
Ensure that the branches comply with all legal compliance requirements (such as fire safety, food hygiene, labor regulations, etc.), and cooperate with internal audits and external inspections.

Work requirements

Have at least three years of front-line management experience in the retail or food and beverage industry, those with experience in running a branch independently are preferred;
Have basic financial concepts, be able to read business statements, control costs and budget execution;
Positive and proactive work attitude, strong stress resistance ability, and willingness to cooperate with shift work, holidays, and sudden overtime arrangements.
