Business Center Officer ($22K - 25K)

<p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong></p><ul><li>Higher Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>3–5 years of customer service experience, ideally in co-working spaces, hotels, or club floors</li><li>Friendly, service-oriented, and professional demeanor</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Team player with a positive attitude; able to work under pressure</li><li>Fluent in English, Chinese, and Putonghua</li></ul><p></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>Maintain professionalism at the front desk; assist members and visitors in premium co-working space</li><li>Manage meeting room bookings, calls, and emails</li><li>Conduct daily checks to ensure cleanliness and maintenance</li><li>Handle client move-ins and move-outs smoothly</li><li>Build member relationships; plan and run community events</li><li>Assist Center Manager with operations, sales, and admin tasks (e.g., data entry, reports)</li></ul>
