Stable Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly and efficient customer service on-site at the Hong Kong Sha Tin Racecourse, including answering inquiries from visitors on race days and non-race days about facilities on the premises, racing information, ticket purchase, parking arrangements, etc.

• Handle on-site emergencies such as guest complaints, lost and found, and emergency support coordination, etc., according to standard procedures, promptly report to the supervisor and follow up properly

• Support the execution of Jockey Club promotional activities, including distribution of promotional materials, assistance in registering participants' information, and support for interactive booth operations,

• Accurately record service-related data during on-duty hours (such as common query types, facility usage feedback), and regularly submit brief work reports to supervisors for reference

Work requirements

• Have fluent Cantonese communication skills, able to clearly communicate with guests of different backgrounds in English and Mandarin; no language certificate is required, but you must pass the entry-level oral evaluation

• Can be adjusted to fit shift arrangements, including Saturday, Sunday and public holidays on duty, with a daily working time of 9 am to 8 pm, and actual shift arrangements depending on the schedule and operational needs

• No relevant industry experience or specified academic qualifications are required; fresh graduates and career changers are welcome to apply; those with large-scale event support, hotel reception, retail or public service experience are especially welcome
