2. Lead the Japanese team in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and other human resources matters;

4. Support the establishment of a Japanese office, administrative system construction and daily operation and maintenance;

5. Serve as a bridge between Chinese and Japanese cultures, ensure that headquarters' policies are localized and implemented.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in human resources, administrative management, Japanese or related professional background;

2. 7 to 10 years of human resources and administrative combined experience, with local Japanese work experience;

3. Familiar with Japanese labor law, social security system, company establishment and operation procedures;

4. Fluent in Chinese and Japanese (business level or above), with cross-cultural communication skills;

5. Have strong execution and handling ability, be able to handle various emergencies independently;

6. Straightforward and reliable, flexible in thinking, and with strong stress and multi-task handling abilities.
