1. Hard requirements: Have ready-made Hong Kong construction industry foreign labor quota, Hong Kong engineering general contracting / construction industry human resources channel resources; have Hong Kong construction industry input labor plan practical experience.

3. Have cross-border business matching and channel negotiation skills, be able to independently match Hong Kong partners; understand Cantonese reading and writing communication is preferred.
