Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Support in handover preparation, logistics and operation
• Review & analysis of the market research to identify trends and opportunities for expansion
• Formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve the assigned sales target and grow the business
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective business strategies
• Monitor Facilities Management trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Track and report on sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, Communications preferred
• Strong analytical skills and sensitive to the latest market trends and data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships
• Good command in both written and spoken English & Chinese, including Mandarin Chinese
• 7 years or more of sales working experience
