Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the warehouse area in a logistics center or airport freight station, where goods are identified, verified, and sorted according to system instructions or picking lists to ensure that the type, quantity, flight number, and destination of the goods are accurate and error-free.
• Operate handheld scanning devices, electronic label systems (DPS) or wireless terminals, instantly update picking status and inventory information, and complete data synchronization with the WMS system.
• According to flight time requirements, complete the sorting, packaging and handover process within the designated time window, support goods to be loaded on time, and strictly abide by the air cargo delivery time limit standard.
• Assist in handling abnormal items, such as unclear labels, damaged packaging, and incorrect order quantities, by promptly reporting to your supervisor or customs/operations department and recording relevant information.

Work requirements

• Secondary school graduation or above; have basic Chinese reading and writing abilities, be able to clearly understand invoices, labels and system prompts; those who understand simple English words (such as flight codes, three-letter destination codes) are preferred.
• No relevant experience is required, fresh graduates or career changers are welcome to apply; the company provides comprehensive on-the-job training, including air cargo process, system operation, safety regulations and airport entry and exit management knowledge.
• Good physical fitness, able to adapt to long periods of standing, bending, and moving light to medium-weight goods (generally not exceeding 20 kilograms), and stable operation in a temperature-controlled or open-air warehouse environment.
• Responsibility and attention to detail, emphasizing accuracy and timeliness, the ability to stay focused during busy flight times, and the ability to collaborate with the team and make temporary adjustments.
• Must hold a valid Hong Kong resident identity card; if you need to enter the airport restricted area, you must pass the airport authority (AA) background check and complete the designated security training course (company assistance is arranged)
