Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the full follow-up of property sales and rentals, including customer consultation, property inspection, price evaluation, arranging viewings, negotiating prices and assisting in the completion of transaction document signatures, etc.;
Proactively develop and maintain customer resources, expand potential buyers and owners network through telephone, social platforms, community activities and referrals;
Regularly update market information, understand the trend of real estate in the area, transaction records and policy changes, and provide professional and timely market analysis and advice to customers;
In line with the company's marketing strategy, participate in exhibitions, open days, online broadcasts and promotional activities to enhance your personal brand and the market visibility of your branch;
Collaborate closely with internal teams (such as mortgage consultants, legal support, administrative department) to ensure smooth and efficient transaction processes, and continuously improve customer satisfaction and repeat commission rates.

Work requirements

Holding a valid license issued by the Hong Kong Estate Agents Authority (EAA), or having registered and preparing to take the real estate agent exam, with a clear plan to quickly obtain a license;
Have good Chinese and English communication skills, fluent in Cantonese, able to express clearly in writing and orally, and handle customer inquiries and contract documents without obstacles;
Have basic computer operating skills, be familiar with commonly used office software (such as Word, Excel, Email) and mobile applications, and be willing to learn the company's designated CRM system and digital marketing tools;
Applicants do not need relevant industry experience, but must have a high sense of responsibility, self-discipline, and goal-oriented awareness, and be willing to undergo systematic training and continuous self-improvement.
