Cashier

Job Responsibilities

• Based on the approved expense reimbursement form, loan form, and other relevant documents, accurately execute daily expenses Advance and Reimbursement, ensure that funds flow in compliance and on time.

• Responsible for various bank account payment and collection operations, including telegraphic transfer, check cashing, automatic transfer, etc., strictly following bank settlement procedures and internal financial control requirements.

• Systematically organize daily receipts and payments, timely transfer to accounting personnel, and ensure the integrity, signature and archiving of the documents.

• Regularly compile daily and monthly fund flow statements and fund analysis reports to clearly reflect the inflow and outflow of funds, the trend of balance changes, and the abnormal fluctuations and their causes, to support management decision-making.

• Handle the opening of letters of credit, acceptance of bills of exchange and collection, export revenue settlement and import payment application for foreign exchange business, and be familiar with the relevant application norms of the Hong Kong Customs and the Monetary Authority.

Work requirements

• Hold a high diploma, associate degree or above in accounting, finance or economic management; Have 3 to 5 years of practical financial or cashier work experience, familiar with the financial operation mode of small and medium-sized enterprises.

• Proficient in the Hong Kong Companies Act, Inland Revenue Ordinance and relevant accounting standards, familiar with local tax filing procedures (such as the basis for application of capital gains tax and salary tax), bank supervision requirements and foreign exchange management regulations.

• Proficient in mainstream financial software (such as SAP, QuickBooks or local commonly used systems) and Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel functions and report integration ability), with basic data verification and logical validation ability.

• Able to understand Cantonese, Mandarin and basic English writing and communication, able to handle bank correspondence, government form submission and cross-departmental coordination matters independently.

• High sense of responsibility and professional ethics, meticulous and rigorous, strong in principle; Have good team spirit and service-oriented thinking, and be able to adapt to the efficient and stable rhythm of the office environment.
