Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for property sales and leasing brokerage services, providing professional real estate consulting and market analysis to customers, and assisting them in making appropriate investment decisions.
- Actively expand your customer network by developing potential customers through various channels such as telephone, social platforms, community activities, and establish long-term stable cooperative relationships.
- Coordinate the buyer and seller to negotiate prices, handle the preparation of transaction documents, term negotiations and follow-up, and ensure the smooth completion of the transaction.
- Continuously monitor the local real estate market dynamics, understand the real estate policies, interest rate changes and new housing information, and provide customers with timely and valuable advice.
Work requirements
- Aged 18 or above, holding a valid Hong Kong identity card, with legal qualifications to work in Hong Kong, good conduct, and no criminal record.
- Applicants with Estate Agent Licence or those who are willing to take the relevant license within a short period of time will be given priority.
- Have good communication skills and interpersonal skills, be able to confidently face customers and effectively handle questions and objections.
- Familiarity with the real estate market in different parts of Hong Kong is particularly desirable, as is sales experience or a background in customer service.
