Position Overview The Sales Associate / Brand Promoter will deliver an elevated customer experience, communicate Chong Kio’s heritage, drive sales performance, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the pop-up store. Full brand and product training will be provided.
Job Overview Sales Consultant/Brand Promoter will be responsible for providing quality service to customers, telling brand stories, driving sales, and maintaining the daily operations of a pop-up store. The company will provide comprehensive brand and product training.
Key Responsibilities • Provide premium customer service aligned with Chong Kio’s brand image • Engage customers professionally and introduce product benefits and brand heritage • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable giftsets • Achieve sales targets and demonstrate strong sales techniques • Maintain high levels of product knowledge • Ensure store cleanliness, display presentation, and merchandising standards • Handle transactions accurately and prepare simple daily sales reports • Perform regular stock checks, manage replenishment, and maintain inventory accuracy • Support brand marketing activities, sampling, and customer engagement
Main Responsibilities • Provide high-quality customer service, reflecting our brand image • Professionally introduce product features and brand culture • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable health and wellness gift boxes • Achieve sales targets and showcase sales skills
• Familiar with product knowledge and continuous learning • Maintain store cleanliness, display and image presentation • Accurately process transactions and simple daily sales reports • Regular inventory count, replenishment and maintenance of inventory accuracy • Assist in brand promotion activities, tastings and customer interaction
Qualifications and Attributes • Passion for wellness, herbs, or premium lifestyle brands • Excellent communication skills with a refined and approachable manner • Sales-driven, proactive, and confident in customer engagement • Ability to work independently in a pop-up or small-team setting • Detail-oriented with good organizational and basic reporting ability • Retail experience in wellness, beauty, or premium sectors preferred • Fluent in Cantonese; Mandarin or English is an advantage • Able to work shifts, weekends, and pop-up event schedules • Professional appearance and strong sense of responsibility
