R&D assistant

Duties include:

• Participate in the development of the company's core products, responsible for data processing, modeling, experimentation and iterative optimization

• Use Python for data analysis, feature engineering, model training and evaluation, and produce reproducible experimental results and technical documentation

• Combine business requirements and R&D goals to complete prototype validation (PoC), algorithm optimization, and engineering deployment

• Collaborate with product partners to support mainland Chinese customers’ communication and on-site research (if necessary, travel)

Job Requirements

• Mandarin fluency, with good communication and expression skills

• Acceptable for domestic travel, able to support customer communication and on-site assistance according to project rhythm

• Have some R&D experience, those who have completed projects or papers are preferred.

• Proficient in Python and common tool chains
