Responsible for the registration, guidance and reception of visiting guests, and displaying professional etiquette and corporate image;
Answer and transfer incoming calls, accurately record and convey messages, and ensure smooth and efficient communication;
Manage front desk daily affairs, including receiving and sending express packages, sorting letters, replenishing office supplies and maintaining a clean environment;
Co-ordinate and promote internal administrative support work, such as meeting room reservations, visitor pass application, basic office processing and document archiving;
Support departmental needs by providing flexible temporary administrative or event assistance, with a cross-departmental collaboration awareness.
Work requirements
Have secondary school graduation or above academic qualifications, fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese as the mother tongue, and basic reading and writing skills in English;
Applicants with at least one year of front desk, administrative or customer service-related work experience, outstanding communication skills, and recent graduates are also considered;
Stylish appearance, friendly and proactive attitude, good emotional management skills and stress resistance;
Familiar with Microsoft Office basic operations (Word, Excel, Outlook), able to quickly learn internal systems and office equipment use;
Pay attention to details, be punctual and reliable, be able to handle daily affairs independently, and adjust your work schedule flexibly when necessary.
