Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Tech Lead with extensive experience in eBao insurance core system engineering. The ideal candidate will lead a team of engineers, drive the technical vision, and ensure the successful implementation of core insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of eBao insurance core solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Mentor and guide team members in best practices and coding standards.
Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of eBao insurance core systems and related technologies.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
