Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Develop overseas lighting market, actively search and establish business cooperation relations with international customers.
Discover potential market opportunities and target customers, develop effective sales strategies, and achieve the sales targets set by the company.
Conduct overseas market research and competitive analysis, collect customer needs and market trends, and provide practical advice for new product development.
Responsible for negotiating, signing and subsequent execution of customer contracts and service agreements, ensuring timely payment recovery and coordinating export customs clearance and other related operations.
Comprehensive management of customer order process, from order processing, production tracking to delivery arrangements, providing professional and efficient pre-sales and after-sales services, and improving customer satisfaction.

Work requirements

College degree or above, with international trade, foreign language, marketing or lighting related professional background are preferred.
Familiar with foreign trade business process, including order processing, letter of credit operation, customs clearance and delivery, and international logistics.
Have strong market analysis skills and customer development techniques, be able to independently push sales projects and solve cross-border business problems.
Work proactive, responsible, and collaborative, and able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure and adapt to cross-time zone communication.
