Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and operations, to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Ensure data integrity by implementing quality checks and validating datasets to maintain consistency and accuracy.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address specific business questions or challenges as they arise.
• Identify opportunities to streamline data processes and enhance analytical capabilities through automation or new methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• At least 1 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
• Proficiency in analytical tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) is an advantage.
