Replacement registration nurse/registered nurse Substitute registration nurse (HCSST)

Job Responsibilities:

- Work in a comprehensive home care team, responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating case-specific care plans

- Assist the Center Director in carrying out some routine administrative work, including preparing center reports, statistics, reviews or recording data,

- Responsible for center infection control and nursing supplies management

- Supervise and guide home care aides and nursing assistants on nursing-related skills and hygiene knowledge

Requirements:

- Applicants must be Hong Kong registered or enrolled nurses and hold a valid practicing certificate

- Priority will be given to those with two years of community support or elderly care experience

- Love and patience with the elderly, able to work independently

- Have team spirit, be organized and efficient, be good at communicating, and be willing to care for the elderly and their caregivers

- Have basic computer knowledge and writing skills in Chinese and English

- Working hours: according to the center's needs

- Work location:Taipo District
