Main responsibilities:

• Answering the phone and arranging appointments for customers

• Collect customer feedback and suggestions, and answer general customer inquiries

• Process and follow up customer complaints

• Responsible for handling cash, credit card transactions, computer-generated invoices, and closing out the day's sales

• Manage order processing and warehouse inventory

• Assist with store administrative and clerical work

• Organize the store and assist with sales

Entry Requirements:

• Graduation from secondary five or above

• Excellent customer service skills, good communication skills, polite and respectful, and proactive and enthusiastic

• Familiarity with computer operations (mainly in Chinese), assistance with handling administrative work

• Careful, patient, and team-oriented

• Two or more years of relevant work experience

• Understand Chinese input method, understand Mandarin and English

• Medical or beauty experience is preferred
