Wong Chuk Hang (Senior) Customer Service Assistant (Security Certificate Required)

The following positions must hold a Security and Guarding Industry Committee recognized training course certificate (QAS) and a valid Security Officer Permit (SPP)

Responsibilities:

- Process emergency accidents, handle commercial building diversion

- Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints

- Work days: 5.5 days/ shift and rest

- Work hours: 08:00-17:00/ 08:30-17:30/ 10:00-19:00/ 11:00-20:00 (according to the shift schedule 9 hours)

Requirements:

- Second 5, 2 to 3 years of relevant customer service work experience

- Speak fluent Cantonese, understand English and Mandarin

- Basic computer skills

- Must be able to work independently

- Need to hold a Security and Guarding Industry Committee recognized training course certificate (QAS) and a valid Security Officer Permit (SPP)
