Assistant and Investment Director

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the analysis and evaluation of pharmaceutical and healthcare investment projects;

2. Participate in the negotiation and decision-making of investment projects, ensure the realization of investment objectives;

3. Follow up on the progress of the invested projects, and provide post-investment management and support.

4. Maintain important relationships between the chairman and the internal and external environment, coordinate and communicate related matters;
5. Regularly conduct overseas market research, collect industry dynamics, and provide reference for the company's strategic development.

Requirements:

1. Master's degree or above, majoring in finance, economics or related fields;

2. Have 5 years of investment-related work experience, those with a leading securities firm background are preferred;

3. Have rich pharmaceutical and healthcare project experience, past projects concentrated in this field;

4. Have solid investment banking background, familiar with investment process and industry dynamics;

5. Have strong analysis and judgment skills and communication and coordination abilities.
