Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling customer inquiries through phone, email, and online platforms

• Assist in the management and supervision of social media advertising and promotion

• Prepare and produce point-of-purchase (POP) promotional materials for the store

• Support daily market promotion work and other temporary projects

Requirements:

• Good Cantonese and English communication skills (understanding Mandarin is even better)

• Familiar with MS Office; familiar with Photoshop/Canva is better

• Careful, responsible, willing to learn, and team-oriented
