Jewelry salesperson

Responsibilities:
• Provide professional and attentive jewelry consultation and purchasing services to customers, ensuring that brand service standards are accurately implemented.
• Familiar with product knowledge, able to make accurate recommendations based on customer needs, and improve sales conversion rate and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain store displays and environmental hygiene, ensuring that goods and spaces meet the brand's aesthetic requirements.
• Assist the store manager with daily operations, including merchandise management, customer service, and event support.
• Actively collect customer feedback and provide valuable information for brand improvement and product optimization.

Requirements:
• Good image and temperament, with at least 2 to 3 years of work experience in the high-end retail industry.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, which can be used as working languages.
• Applicants with a background in jewelry, watches, and luxury goods are preferred.
• Strong learning ability, willing to deeply understand jewelry knowledge and brand culture.
• Have good communication skills, team spirit and stress resistance.
• If you have other language skills such as Japanese, Korean, Southeast Asian languages, etc., you will be given special credit.
