International Trade Specialist

Job Responsibilities

1. Handle daily import/export trade documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, B/L, C/O); track shipment progress and coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and inspection agencies (e.g., SGS).

2. Independently review and prepare Letter of Credit (L/C) documents, execute trade contracts, and manage end-to-end order tracking to ensure seamless international trade settlement.

3. Maintain accurate trade records, communicate independently with overseas suppliers and clients regarding shipping status via email/phone, and handle ad-hoc trade execution tasks with minimal supervision.

Requirements

1. Hong Kong Permanent Resident.

2. Bachelor’s degree or above in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related disciplines.

3. 0–2 years of experience in trade or shipping operations; ambitious fresh graduates with strong self-learning capability and a highly proactive mindset are welcome.

4. Demonstrated ability to handle full-cycle trade execution independently and take ownership of daily operations.

5. Good understanding of international trade terms (Incoterms like FOB, CIF) and standard shipping documentation.

6. Good command of English; fluent in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese).

7. Meticulous, organized, highly responsible, with a sharp eye for detail and high accuracy in document processing.
