Duties:
Provide 7*24 online technical support to a well-known Chinese public cloud vendor's international station large customers, respond to customer inquiries, issues, needs and emergency event handling; Assist after-sales owner to provide proactive services to customers including but not limited to on-site customer visits, escort, and on-site services; Ensure response and issue handling SLA and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
I. General skills requirements:
1. More than 4 years of Internet operations or cloud platform operations related experience, Bachelor's degree or above, familiar with cloud computing technology and products;
2. Understand Linux system management and Tcp/IP protocol, understand the use of tools to ask
Perform fault diagnosis and performance tuning;
4. Have audio and video/SDK R&D/operation class/big data/AI/TCE/container etc. Directional experience is preferred;
5. Have good communication and expression skills, logical thinking ability, good service awareness and collaboration awareness, strong sense of responsibility and stress resistance ability.
6. Pass the TCA Cloud Operations Engineer certification. (No requirements before employment, it is best to already have it or a similar certification)
II. Language requirements
1. Overseas support needs to be provided to customers in their required language (e.g., Indonesian needs Indonesian, Thai needs Thai), and Chinese and English need to be understood as well.
III. General quality requirements
1. Good service awareness and sense of responsibility, able to put oneself in the customer's shoes and act quickly
2. Good communication and expression skills, logical thinking, and the ability to present and analyze things in a structured manner
3. Good learning ability and stress resistance, able to face challenges and pressure positively
