7-11 part-time store assistant

HK $60-70 / hour

No academic qualifications, no work experience

Part-time 8.0 hours/day, work days can be negotiated

Working location: Tsim Sha Tsui

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for cash register work, accurately handling customers' cash, electronic payment, and other types of payment, ensuring that transactions are error-free.
• Manage warehouse displays, sort goods according to standards, keep the store clean and orderly, and enhance customers’ shopping experience.
• Execute daily operations of the store, including cleaning, label replacement, and promotional activity support.
• Assist in handling customer inquiries and needs, providing friendly and professional services.

Work requirements:

• Have good communication skills, be able to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues, and properly respond to various service situations.
• No relevant experience is required, and newcomers are welcome to apply; those with retail or service industry experience may be given priority.
• Have a basic understanding of the retail industry and be willing to learn the store operation process and service standards.
• Work attitude is serious, sense of responsibility, and able to complete assigned tasks within the specified time.
• Can be adjusted to shift arrangements, flexible working hours, and able to adapt to the high traffic environment of the busy area of Tsim Sha Tsui.
