Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients by introducing Digital Experience, MarTech, AI/Automation, e-Commerce, and Website/CMS Solutions to customers and partners.
Explore new business opportunities across Hong Kong, Taiwan, and APAC to expand the company’s solution footprint.
Prepare professional solution proposals, sales quotations, and tender/RFP documents, and coordinate product or solution presentations.
Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead qualification, presentation, proposal preparation, follow-up actions, and final deal closing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and proactively develop new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to generate and follow up on leads and marketing events.
Provide pre-sales support (requirements discovery, solution briefing) and post-sales coordination (handover to project teams, client communication).
Work closely with internal consultants, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of client projects.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' sales-related experience in the I.T. industry.
Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Studies, or related disciplines.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently with a positive "can-do" attitude.
Strong willingness to learn about digital transformation, marketing technology, and AI-driven solutions.
Experience in software sales, solution sales, digital agency, IT consulting, or business development is an advantage.
Experience in account management or managing enterprise clients is a plus.
Detail-minded, organized, and a good team player.
Good command of English; fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
Business travel may be required.
Candidates with less experience will be considered for Sales Executive / Business Development Executive.
