[Job Description]

As a marketing assistant, you will directly support the marketing manager, participating in the whole process from planning to execution. You will be responsible for assisting social media management, event execution and data analysis, ensuring brand image consistency and increasing market exposure.

[Main Responsibilities]

1. Content creation and management: Assist in writing and editing social media content (FB/IG/Xiaohongshu, etc.), and participate in shooting, editing short videos or simple graphic design.

2. Market activity execution: Support online and offline promotion activities (such as exhibitions, pop-up stores, KOL cooperation), responsible for material preparation and on-site coordination.

3. Data analysis and reporting: Collect and organize market data from various channels (such as ad clicks, interaction rate), and assist in the production of weekly/monthly analysis reports.

4. Administrative and coordination: Communicate with internal designers, external suppliers and partners to ensure project progress meets the timeline.

5. Market research: Track competitor dynamics, industry trends and consumer behavior, and provide optimization advice.

[Job Requirements]

• Education qualifications: Have a marketing, communication, media or related academic degree (fresh graduates welcome)

• Skills: Familiar with social media platform operations, with basicCanva / Adobe Suite / CapCut Priority will be given to those with experience.

• Language skills: Excellent writing and communication skills in Chinese and English.

• Soft power: Work meticulously, with a sense of responsibility, and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and accurately complete them under pressure.

• Attitude: Active learning, curious about digital marketing and new technologies (such as AI applications).
