Job Title: Technical Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily management and cross-departmental coordination of telecommunication engineering projects, including on-site construction supervision, technical solution implementation and overall progress tracking;

• Coordinate and support front-line engineering teams to ensure all operations comply with telecommunications technology standards, safety operating procedures, and customer-specific requirements;

• Execute system installation, functional testing, parameter tuning, and fault diagnosis and elimination, etc. core technical work;

• Write, review and periodically update engineering reports, technical records, acceptance documents and other relevant technical documents;

• Maintain efficient communication with customers, suppliers and internal engineering, planning, procurement and other departments, coordinate human, equipment and material resources, and ensure that the project is delivered on time and of high quality;

• Participate in shift work and flexible rotating breaks according to actual needs, and respond immediately to emergency maintenance requests or sudden technical support needs.

Requirements:

• Have a post-secondary education degree, hold a higher diploma or associate's degree (with a major in telecommunications, information technology, electronic engineering or related fields is preferred);

• No work experience required, fresh graduates are welcome to apply;

• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, with basic Mandarin and English abilities, and able to accurately read and write technical files in Chinese and English;

• Applicants with basic knowledge of telecommunication systems (such as transmission networks, access devices, fiber optic cabling, wireless coverage, etc.) and common engineering processes will be given priority;

• Have good communication and expression skills, sense of responsibility, stress resistance, and team spirit;

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, meet the local employment qualifications and work visa related regulations;

• Able to adapt to shift work arrangements, with work locations mainly in the Wan Chai and Tsim Sha Tsui areas;

• Preference will be given to those with a Class 2 small truck driver's license;

• Residing in the Hong Kong Island (with the East District as the best) can improve attendance efficiency and human resources flexibility.

Benefits:

• Monthly salary $16,000 – $22,000;

• Five-day work schedule, working 5 days a week, 8 hours a day (8 am to 5 pm);
