1. Basic Job Information
• Job Title: Legal Intern
• Work Location: Remote work is acceptable
• Internship Duration: At least 2 days per week (about16 hours), flexible schedule. Priority will be given to candidates who can commit to an internship of 3 months or more.
2. Job Responsibilities
1. Legal Compliance Support: Assist in the daily legal compliance work, including but not limited to sorting out key points of compliance systems, collecting compliance-related information, participating in auxiliary work of compliance self-inspection, and ensuring the company's operations comply with relevant laws and regulations.
2. Contract Review Assistance: Participate in the preliminary review of various company contracts (such as business cooperation agreements, service agreements, etc.), assist in identifying legal risk points in contracts, put forward basic revision suggestions, and cooperate with the collation and filing of contract review records.
3. Legal Document Collation: Responsible for collecting and organizing legal documents, cases, and regulatory policies related to the company's business, especially those related to the Hong Kong legal system, and establishing and maintaining legal information ledgers.
4. Other Legal Work: Assist in completing auxiliary work such as legal research, document drafting, and evidence collation, and cooperate with the team to complete other assigned tasks.
3. Qualifications
1. Undergraduate or above majoring in Law, junior or above, with legal internship experience preferred.
2. In-depth understanding of the Hong Kong legal system, preference for those familiar with Hong Kong legal system, and able to quickly search and apply relevant Hong Kong laws and regulations to analyze issues.
3. Possess clear logical thinking ability and strong written expression ability, able to accurately understand requirements and complete basic legal document work.
4. Serious and responsible in work, rigorous and meticulous, with good sense of responsibility and team spirit, able to efficiently complete assigned tasks.
5. Proficient in Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and have basic information retrieval ability.
6. Able to guarantee stable internship for 2 days (about 16 hours) per week, capable of completing work efficiently remotely, and with strong time management awareness.

II. DUTIES
1. Legal compliance support: Assist in the daily legal and compliance work of Party A's company, including but not limited to sorting out the key points of compliance regulations, collecting compliance-related information, and participating in compliance self-check auxiliary work to ensure that the company's operations comply with relevant laws and regulations.
2. Contract review assistance: Participate in the preliminary evaluation of various contracts (such as business cooperation agreements, service agreements, etc.) in the company, assist in identifying legal risk points in the contract, propose basic modification suggestions, and cooperate to complete the compilation and archiving of contract review records.
3. Legal document processing
4. Other legal work: Assist the Legal Department to complete legal research, draft documents, and evidence organization, etc. Assist the team to complete other assigned tasks.
Three. Employment Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in legal-related fields, third-year students or above, those with legal internship experience are preferred.
