Manage inventory operations across all channels (retail shops and e-commerce), encompassing stock control, cycle counting, ensuring accuracy, and overseeing stock replenishment.

Responsible for the smooth operation of production and packaging, ensuring processes are efficient and meet established quality benchmarks.

Monitoring stock flow and ensuring the accuracy of system information to minimize warehouse discrepancies.

Maintaining and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize operational efficiency.
