Responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems in residential, commercial and industrial premises, including distribution boxes, lighting fixtures, sockets, switches and low-voltage circuits;
Execute various electrical engineering projects according to the drawings and Hong Kong's Electricity Ordinance and Electricity (Lines) Regulations, ensuring compliance with the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD) safety standards;
Participate in the electrical system testing, acceptance and handover work of the new project, and write related technical records and inspection reports;
Collaborate with contractors, supervisory consultants and other trades to coordinate with the overall progress of the project, ensure construction safety and quality.
Work requirements
Holding a Hong Kong Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Department recognized "Electric Engineering Personnel Registration Certificate" (A or B level), and possessing a valid "Electrician Certificate" (such as C&G 2365 / 2356 or equivalent qualification);
Have at least 3 years of practical experience in the Hong Kong local construction or facilities management industry, familiar with Hong Kong power regulations and construction site safety rules (such as the Occupational Safety and Health Ordinance);
Able to independently read English and Chinese engineering drawings, technical documents and safety instructions, with basic Cantonese communication skills, and able to effectively collaborate with local teams and supervisors;
Have good safety awareness and responsibility, and pass the employer's arranged occupational safety training and site entry evaluation (such as CSCS card or equivalent certification);
Holding a valid foreign labor quota and appropriate visa (such as an employment visa under the Supplementary Labor Program), and willing to comply with the relevant contract provisions of the Hong Kong Immigration Department and the Labor Department.
