Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the debt management center, calling customers to handle overdue payments and collection matters

Position requirements

HKCEE / HKDSE qualification or above
Applicants with 2 years of financial company or debt collection-related work experience are preferred
Good communication skills, able to speak fluent Cantonese, basic English, and Mandarin
Basic computer word processing skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Chinese input method (Cangjie / Quick Input Method Editor)
