Delivery Operation Manager

Duties:

4. Set performance goals and do good result management, and set corresponding performance goals according to the existing situation of the store (product structure, conversion rate, number of stores, store distribution). Split the goal to month, week, day, and optimize the achievement rate;

5. Competitive product sales situation research, product structure analysis, consumer group analysis, and competitive trend judgment

6. Communicate daily with regard to operating strategies and platform data, feedback on store issues, and enhance store basic traffic.

Requirements:

2. Have channel management experience, have experience in managing agents or regional management work;

3. Have project operation and management experience, be able to independently push forward the relevant projects and be able to produce results;

4. Have some data analysis skills, familiar with office software

Salary:

Full-time: $24,000 - $30,000 monthly salary

Working hours:

Working 5 days a week, 9 hours a day (including 1 hour for meals)
