Join our flagship store team in Kowloon Bay/Shatin and work as a sales consultant.
You will represent an internationally renowned healthy sleep brand, provide professional advice and excellent service to customers, help them select the most suitable mattress and sleep system, and enhance their overall quality of life.
This position is suitable for those with good interpersonal communication skills, service enthusiasm, and strong interest in home aesthetics and sleep health.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, personalized shopping experiences for customers
Actively understand customers' sleep habits and home needs, and provide appropriate advice
Detailed introduction of product functions and advantages, helping customers make wise choices
Maintain the showroom clean, beautiful and product display standards
Assist with daily store operations, including cash register, inventory management, and post-purchase follow-up
Work with the team to achieve personal and store sales targets
Continuously learning product knowledge and the latest sleep technology trends
Requirements:
At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience (with mattress or furniture sales experience is preferred)
Excellent communication skills, good at building long-term relationships with customers
Strong interest in home design, healthy sleep, and high-end lifestyles
Able to speak fluent Cantonese and Mandarin, and a little bit of English
Basic computer operations and POS system experience
Willing to work shifts on weekends and public holidays
Responsibility, attention to detail, and a team spirit
Benefits:
Base salary + unlimited sales commission + additional bonus for meeting targets (monthly salary can reach 60K or above)
13 monthly salary (year-end bonus)
